Relaxation & Leisure at The Reset Bali
Recovery is not only about therapy and structured activities. At The Reset Bali, we believe that rest, relaxation, and personal time are essential parts of the healing process. While our program includes a structured schedule of therapy, coaching, and physical activities, we also ensure that guests have the space to recharge and enjoy their time in Bali.
We call this approach “You do you.” During downtime and weekends, guests are encouraged to relax, reflect, and spend their free time in ways that support their wellbeing.
Guests have full access to their technical devices, and we can always plan the program schedule around important work meetings if necessary. At the same time, some guests prefer to take a break from digital distractions during their stay. Upon request, our team can support this by safely holding devices and helping regulate screen time, allowing guests to fully focus on their recovery.
Outside of the scheduled program, guests are free go out to the beach, or go out for a meal, or simply taking time for yourself, our team is always happy to help coordinate plans. If you wish to go out in the afternoon or evening, simply let us know so we can ensure everything runs smoothly.
The villa closes at 9:30 PM, as we strongly encourage healthy sleep routines for all our guests. Good sleep hygiene plays an important role in mental recovery, and we ask everyone to respect the quiet environment needed for rest.
On Sundays, we offer (optional) excursions so guests can relax and explore Bali’s culture and nature. We often start the day with breakfast at Byrd on the Beach, followed by activities such as ATV riding, batik painting, silver making workshops, visits to the Monkey Forest or nearby water temples, waterfalls, cooking classes, snorkeling trips, or wellness experiences like the sauna and ice bath at AMO Spa. And of course, many guests simply enjoy spending time at Bali’s beautiful beaches.
