At The Reset Bali, we provide a residential environment where therapy is integrated into your daily life, allowing you to process insights in real-time amidst the peace of our luxury villa.
Our counselling approach is not a “one-size-fits-all” model. We combine modern Western psychology with a compassionate, person-centered approach to help you navigate burnout, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Our mental recovery program is built on over 20 hours of therapy and activity per week, centered around three core psychological goals:
- Emotional Regulation: Learn to identify your triggers and develop the tools to manage your emotional responses in high-stress situations.
- Psycho-education: Understanding the why behind your behaviour. We explore psychological models that help you become aware of how you communicate and how your mind processes the world.
- Inner Work: Guided by highly trained psychotherapists, you will work through “shadow-side” patterns, build a growth mindset, and rediscover your life’s purpose.

Your one-on-one sessions are led by qualified professionals (including specialists trained in the Netherlands and the US) using proven therapeutic frameworks:
