Program

This is what it’s all about and let’s keep it simple. Our residential program is based on the best of two worlds. Modern Western science-based practises and ancient Eastern healing modalities. We are located in Bali for a reason! You will see this reflected back in the composition of our team and in your daily activities.

Our wholesome program takes you on a journey inside your body and mind. Our mental recovery program focuses on 3 pillars:

  • Emotional regulation & understanding (here we will explain a range of emotions and help you regulate your emotional responses on a day-to-day basis)
  • Education around principal psychology models (exploring some of the most important psychology models to help you understand and learn to be aware of how you communicate with others. And teach you how to communicate more effectively).
  • Inner work (With help from our highly trained psychotherapists you will learn to embrace your shadow-side, how to communicate assertively, all with a Growth Mindset to learn to find your life’s purpose and eventually daring to surrender to your Higher Self).

Our mental recovery program will make you become aware of the pain and old beliefs in your subconscious mind. It will also help you to accept what happened in the past, and teach you habits to deal with similar situations in the future.

In our somatic healing practice we want you to connect with your physical body to integrate body- and mind. You will experience activities such as Breathwork meditation, hypnotherapy, Personal Training sessions, somatic yoga therapy and traditional Balinese healing massage (to name a few). This has been proven to help you understand how your mind and body are connected and how you can optimize them working in harmony. All to make you feel better and in control.

Together with our nutritionist we have composed a healthy meal plan that we can adjust to your personal needs.

BESPOKE PROGRAM

Picture this: you arrive at the airport and our driver picks you up and takes you to your own private luxury pool villa. From that moment on for the next few weeks all you do and all we do is focus on YOU. Quality time only for you.

In our regular residential group program we accommodate a very small group of up to 4 clients. This is already very personalized.

However, our highly exclusive bespoke program is for those who prefer an individual anonymous experience. Catered to your every need. We will wrap our program around you and adjust to your personal wishes. Contact us for more information if this is what you are looking for.

Your mental recovery program

(over 10 hours per week)

The Reset Therapy Program: dynamic therapy sessions where you will understand where your issues come from. You overcome shame and guilt and feeling anxious and/or depressed. You will shift your perspective on the things that have happened to you so you can feel calm and at peace with your life and have faith in your future. The foundation of this program is based on Acceptance & Commitment therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.

Counselling: in your one-on-one counselling sessions you can address all the insights that you have learned in the therapy program and apply it to your personal situation. Your therapist will guide you and hold up a mirror by asking you questions. Therapy is based on a combination of CBT, DBT, Acceptance & Commitment therapy and Client based therapy. You decide what you want to work on with your therapist. Counselling sessions are a very comfortable place where the therapist holds space for you and you move in your own pace.

Somatic therapy:  by accessing your subconscious mind you will activate the muscle memory in your body to release old emotional wounds and blocks. In your weekly hypnotherapy session you will let go of the past and create a strong connection with your intuition. If you do NOT want to try hypnotherapy we can offer an extra counselling session instead.

Shadow work therapy: based on Jung’s principle of our shadow-persona’s you will delve deeper into the light-and shadow aspect of your personality. To help you understand and create a deep compassion for your struggles from the past. This is a 3-hour therapy session that will have long lasting benefits for your emotional wellbeing.

Your somatic (physical) healing practice

(around 10 hours per week)

Our physical activity program is tailored to your capacities and needs. The physical program has been designed in combination with our mental recovery program to help integrate and process emotions that come up in your mental practice.

Some people want to do specific activities/sports like they always do at home. We can accommodate to your special desires however we recommend a break from your daily habits to learn and integrate other activities in your daily schedule. Sometimes a too strenuous workout program can cause extra stress and for some people their physical activities are almost like a “punishment” towards themselves. We want you to break through old negative habits and also on a physical level, get the reset that you need.

Our somatic recovery program is grounding and will connect you with your body. Usually, the first week we suggest a calmer routine with yoga and stretching exercises. (For those with physical disabilities we can provide an alternative, please contact us if this is the case).

Please be aware that you are coming to us to unwind, relax and reset. We recommend a 28-day program (but can adjust to shorter and longer weekly periods). In the first week you will hold on to a lot of old energy that you will release in the second week. By the third week you will start to feel the change and are able to integrate everything you have learned. Usually after 28 days you are able to move on from old habits. You do you

(Downtime and weekends)

Your evenings and weekends are off. You have full-time access to your technical devices and we can plan your schedule around any (work-) meetings if necessary. (Please note that upon request we can take your technical devices if you need help regulating your screentime).

If you want to go to the beach in the afternoon or evening on your own, or you want to enjoy a meal outside, by yourself, just let us know. The villa closes at 9.30pm in the evening and we recommend a healthy sleep hygiene for our clients. You are here for healing and recovery and we expect you to take your sleep pattern and that from our other clients seriously.

We offer an excursion on the Sundays if you like. so that you can discover Bali and use the weekends to relax and enjoy being a tourist on our beautiful island. You are also free to do whatever it is that you like.
